Located in the heart of Grand Case — one of the prettiest beaches on Saint Martin / Sint Maarten — the Studio sleeps 2 guests in a comfortable king-size bed. A dining area and a fully-equipped American-style kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine) let you settle in and feel at home.
The Studio also features free WiFi, a flat-screen connected TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a phone charger, a digital safe, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer with straightener. Small pets are welcome.
Step onto your private, covered second-floor terrace, furnished with two sun loungers and a side table, for uninterrupted views over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea stretching all the way to neighboring Anguilla.

This luxury beachfront One Bedroom, fully air-conditioned, is located in Grand Case bay, right on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate a third guest for an additional charge. Small pets are welcome.
